Description

El herbario PAMP fue fundado en 1970 por el Profesor M. Losa España; contribuyeron con el envío de ejemplares los Profesores J. M. Muñoz Medina y B. Casaseca. El resto de la colección está constituida por plantas principalmente de Navarra producto de tesis y tesinas realizadas sobre la provincia. La sección de briófitos se ha enriquecido también, con las muestras recolectadas en reuniones de briología y los intercambios de la Briotheca Hispánica. En la actualidad se está trabajando en la puesta al día, inclusión de material e informatización de todo el herbario.

Vascular plants research collections of the Department of Plant Biology-Botany. Around 17% of the herbarium specimens are available online. From those specimens, 98% were collected in Spain after 1948, mostly in the region of Navarra (77%).

Digitisation of these collections was supported by the Spanish Government (CGL2007-30978-E and CGL2009-08507-E)
