This Herbarium was created in 1993. It is integrated by ornamental and autochtonous flora. It is divided into:
- Herbario Ornamental (HOBC),
- Herbario Silvestre (HSBC),
- Herbario de México, cession from an expedition to Yucatán (HMBC).
